The Process
- Application Review: We evaluate candidates based on current openings and organizational fit.
- Background Check: If there is a mutual agreement to proceed after the interview process, candidates are required to complete a background check via Sterling Volunteers. The fee ($19) is paid directly to the vendor by the applicant.
- Volunteer Agreement: To finalize membership, chosen candidates will be required to sign a standard volunteer agreement outlining our professional expectations and protocols.
- Volunteer Status: Please note that all positions are strictly voluntary; members receive no compensation of any type other than personal satisfaction and the opportunity to contribute to scientific discovery.
